They say that the way to a mans heart is through his stomach! We don’t just stop at pleasing the men, here at Royal Palm Island our two local chefs Gabriel Tzuc and Leona Cholom prepare a delicious blend of local and international dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Fresh fish and Lobster (in season) are regular favourites but all tastes are catered to. Despite its remote location the culinary team are able to provide succulent food, nutritionally balanced and well presented. The emphasis is on flavour and balance rather than flashy or fancy. Special diets or requests can always be accommodated with a few days notice and before you start wondering, we also please the ladies and the childrens’ culinary needs as well!
